TERMS & CONDITIONS OF HIRE (page 1 )

Hire Contract

1. The Hirer or their representative MUST be available to sign for the delivery, and be present at time of collection to confirm any losses or damages.

2. All losses and damages to be charged at full list price.

3. The Hirer takes full responsibility for the safety and security of all of the Hired goods and should make sure that full security arrangements have been made for when they are not present at the venue.

4. A security and damage deposit will be required from the Hirer. The value of this deposit will be dependant on the size of your order and you will be advised of this on any quotations you receive. This deposit is fully refundable less any losses or damages agreed at time of collection.

5. The Hirer should ensure that ALL parasols are closed overnight or in windy conditions, any damage caused by not complying with this condition will be chargeable.

6. We reserve the right to change any items with out notice should the need arise.

7. A deposit of 25% is required when booking, with the balance due seven days before the hire date. The deposit is refundable up to 28 days prior to the event.

8. Hires should insure that the use of any furniture and accessories is covered by their Public Liability Insurance.

Security and damage deposit

A security and damage deposit will be required from the Hirer. The value of this deposit will be dependant on the size of your order and you will be advised of this on any quotations you receive. This deposit is fully refundable less any losses or damages agreed at time of collection.

A deposit of £ 300.00 is required to cover any losses or damage.
